On 14 February Logicalis SMC organised a successful webinar on IT Asset Management. Nearly 20 people were behind their PC, laptop or tablet, listening and watching the vision of Logicalis SMC in the field.

Logicalis SMC has signed an agreement with Mirror42 to collaborate closely on the ServiceNow ITSM SaaS solution in the Benelux countries. When implementing ServiceNow, Logicalis SMC will from now on offer clients Mirror42 dashboards & scorecards on an optional basis, enabling IT departments to manage and improve their objectives.

On 9 October we organised an informal ITSM-People drinks gathering. Both our own employees and ITSM professionals from the ITSM-People network were invited to the recently opened McLounge at the Rijswijk office.

The 10th edition of the Service Desk Forum will take place on 19 and 20 September at Naturalis Leiden. This year the workshops and debates will focus a great deal of attention on the latest developments such as Bring Your Own Device.
