International Women’s Day at Logicalis UKI: Voices From Across Our Business

United Kingdom, Mar 4, 2026

Every year, International Women’s Day invites us to pause, reflect and celebrate the incredible contributions women make - to our industry, our workplaces, and our communities. At Logicalis, this day is also an opportunity to shine a light on the women who shape our culture, support our people, and inspire progress every day.

To mark the occasion, we invited six women from across the business to share their thoughts on support, inspiration, and what it means to help others thrive.

Below, you’ll find a collection of their answers - voices coming together to celebrate what #IWD represents and the impact women make across Logicalis.

What’s one piece of support or encouragement that’s made a real difference to you in your career?

Katie Peach
“Having someone say, ‘You’re more than capable, and I trust you to handle this’ gave me the confidence to step into bigger responsibilities and back myself in ways I might not have otherwise.”

Sophie Smith
“Someone once told me, ‘No one has it all figured out at the start.’ It made me feel much better about learning as I go.”

Karina Clarke
“The most valuable encouragement I’ve received is that it’s better to try and fail than not try at all. That mindset pushed me to step outside my comfort zone, back myself, and keep growing.”

What’s one thing you try to give to others at work?

Faye Peirce
“I give time and practical support. I like being someone people can come to when they need help, clarity or a spare pair of hands.”

Karina Clarke
“I try to give confidence and calm—two things that help people do their best work.”

Galia Stankova
“I try to give people a safe space to talk openly and feel heard. Sometimes having someone listen without judgment makes the biggest difference.”

Who is a woman who inspires you, and why?

Karina Clarke
“Hayley Andrews inspires me—she rose from a council estate to become an award winning property entrepreneur and champions women through initiatives like Hard Hats to Heels.”

Mairead Malone
“My first boss founded her own agency and grew it into a successful business. Her resilience, determination and ability to bring people along with her left a lasting impression.”

What’s one small action workplaces can take to help women thrive?

Mairead Malone
“One small action is for companies to acknowledge that everyone has natural bias, often unintended. If people acknowledge this, there will be more awareness, and more possibility for change.”

Faye Peirce
“Creating a safe community where women can openly share experiences and support each other. Even small spaces for honest conversations can make a big difference.”

Katie Peach
“A simple, genuine ‘How are you?’—not as a formality—creates space for women to speak openly about workload, wellbeing, or ambitions.”

In one sentence: what does “Give to Gain” mean to you?

Galia Stankova
“Give to Gain” means sharing knowledge, encouragement and opportunities so that everyone has the chance to thrive.”

Sophie Smith
“Helping others first and lifting people up always comes back around.”

Faye Peirce
“It means the kindness and support you give to others naturally comes back to you in positive ways that benefit you too.”

Mairead Malone
“Give to Gain is giving back—I get so much joy from seeing others succeed, and supporting them is always worthwhile.”

As we celebrate International Women’s Day, these voices remind us that progress is built through everyday actions - supporting one another, creating space for honesty, sharing knowledge, and lifting others up. The experiences shared by women across Logicalis highlight the strength, empathy and ambition that power our organisation.
