Delta Lloyd builds its new IT-organisation 3.0 on IT-Guardian

, Apr 21, 2016

Image removed. This week’s rollout of IT-Guardian at Delta Lloyd marked the next stage in the transformation to what the insurer calls ‘IT 3.0’: a completely updated Lean and Agile IT organisation based on the IT4IT Architecture Framework of The Open Group. Flexibly connected to the Cloud, transparent in terms of costs and able to deliver even better service for the business. With IT-Guardian, Delta Lloyd now has a solid foundation for Service Management, which now not only offers Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management, but also includes Service Level Management and a powerful portal. This enables end-users to take the services they Image removed.need from Delta Lloyd on an automated, self-service basis.

The next step on the road to ‘IT 3.0’ and the new way of working is the automation of provisioning, the connection of continuous delivery, release automation and even more emphasis on self-service. The IT-Guardian ‘go live’ was celebrated in style, of course. We presented Delta Lloyd a ‘Guaranteed success with IT-Guardian’ 3D cake and of course the Dutch treat ‘broodjes kroket’!
