Today we released new data for our ServiceNow trainings in 2015. This year we will offer four practical trainings:
- In the System Administration Training you will learn to work on the system administration functions in your own ServiceNow instance, enabling you to carry out basic administration and configuration tasks.
- The Advanced System Administration provides hands-on practice for implementing new workflows and changing system settings.
- Learn how to script in ServiceNow! This training starts on a basic level and rapidly expands to cover client scripting (using GlideForm) and server scripting (using GlideRecord and Business Rules). You’ll have time to practise writing your own scripts, testing them and fixing errors.
- During this two-day interactive training course, you will gain in-depth knowledge and practice in configuring and using ServiceNow Discovery.
