Logicalis UK appoints Alex Louth as Managing Director

Logicalis UK today announced the appointment of Alex Louth as Managing Director. Alex joins the business to lead the redefinition of the company’s customer focus and value proposition as the market shifts to the emerging opportunities made possible by Digital Platforms, Data Driven Business and IoT.

Louth joins Logicalis UK from Data Intensity, a multi-cloud managed services provider, having spent 2.5 years overseeing the successful integration of his former business Red Stack Tech after its acquisition by Data Intensity in 2016. He has spent more than 20 years in the IT channel, amassing a great depth of experience and knowledge in leading services-focused businesses to deliver transformational solutions for customers.

Logicalis UK recently announced it would re-focus to make it more relevant, agile and able to better support its customers as they digitally transform their businesses. Louth will oversee this process, reporting directly to the Head of Europe for Logicalis, Ruediger Rath, who added: “Alex’s reputation for innovation, his entrepreneurial spirit and his passion for employee and customer experience made him the ideal candidate to lead the UK business into the future.
