Logicalis UKI is officially one of UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing!

United Kingdom, Feb 14, 2023

London, 14th February 2023 – Logicalis UKI has officially been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing (2023) by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture.

Logicalis UKI’s focus on prioritising staff health and wellbeing is just one of the reasons why employees believe it’s a great place to work. Offering staff a flexible hybrid work environment, Logicalis UKI understand remote working can be isolating and introduced a programme of mental health support. Its Wellbeing Calendar regularly delivers content to employees, encouraging them to have a healthy work-life balance and take time for themselves.

Great Place to Work’s culture experts analysed thousands of employee surveys, assessing people’s holistic experiences of wellbeing at work to determine the UK's Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list.  The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.

On this announcement, Carly Hilling, Chief People Officer Logicalis UKI comments: “A key pillar within our business strategy is our people. By putting the needs of our employees at the heart of our organisation, we have created a comfortable space for everyone. Our collaborative environment encourages everyone to bring their whole self to work and feel inspired to share their ideas.”

Logicalis UKI strive to have a people-first approach to the workplace which is reflected in its Great Place to Work® Trust Index results. 93% of employees say they can be themselves at work, whilst 83% note how Logicalis UKI encourage a work-life balance.

One employee at Logicalis UKI commented in the survey on why they believed the company is a Great Place to Work®: “The focus the senior management have on ensuring employees are mentally and physically well. Also, the relaxed nature of the senior management team.”

“At the heart of every organisation are its people and looking after their wellbeing should be much more than a package of impressive perks on a careers website,” explains Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place to Work® UK. “We know when employees feel genuinely contented and at ease within their roles, they are much more engaged and productive.  Now in our second year of the UK's Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list, we’re once again able to showcase the leading organisations providing cultures conducive to outstanding psychological, physical and social wellbeing.  A huge congratulations to Logicalis UKI for making this prestigious list.”

On this achievement, Carly Hilling, Chief People Officer, Logicalis UKI comments: “Logicalis UKI’s solutions aim to help customers build the perfect organisation, emphasising that success requires a balance between productivity and employee wellbeing. It’s second nature to us to ensure this balance is carried throughout our own organisation. Having a company culture that truly connects your people to your purpose is what drives collaboration and innovation”
